Senior Product Designer II- Consumer Experiences

Compass is seeking a Senior Product Designer to create consumer-facing web and mobile experiences for their real estate platform. You will collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to design intuitive and user-centric interfaces that guide consumers through their home search and connect them with agents. This role requires a strong understanding of user research, interaction design, and brand consistency across multiple platforms.

• Design consumer-facing experiences for web and mobile platforms
• Lead discovery and research to understand user behaviors and pain points
• Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes
• Ensure design consistency across a multi-brand ecosystem
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, and Marketing stakeholders
• 7+ years of product design experience on consumer-facing products
