About this role
U.S. Bank is seeking a Senior UX Researcher to lead research initiatives for their Corporate and Institutional Banking digital experiences. This role involves partnering with product, design, and business teams to generate insights, frame problems, and influence product strategy and investment decisions. You will drive research strategy, apply various methodologies, and mentor junior researchers.
