Innovation Product & Experience Designer

Join Barclays as an Innovation Product & Experience Designer to drive group innovation and shape the future of financial services. You will collaborate with stakeholders to explore new product territories, define forward-looking propositions, and design end-to-end customer experiences using strategic thinking and service design.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a portfolio of open innovation and strategic initiatives
• Develop and deliver frameworks, ideation, training, and tools to build a culture of innovation
• Provide a global platform and curated ecosystem of partners to inform strategy
• Develop strategic capabilities and programs to explore, evaluate, and execute innovation opportunities
• Manage and coordinate with external stakeholders and partners to deliver joint projects
• Deliver thought leadership and insights on emerging technologies and trends
