Principal Product Designer – UI Platform

Okta is seeking a Principal Product Designer to lead the UI Platform team, shaping design patterns, architecture, and accessibility standards for their identity products. This role involves partnering with product and engineering to harmonize user and developer experiences, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and accessible design across the platform.

• Lead UI platform and design system strategy, creating scalable and accessible patterns
• Partner with cross-functional leads to align vision and co-own the roadmap
• Raise design craft through documentation, process improvement, and mentorship
• Leverage data and AI insights for platform-level design decisions
