Lead Product Designer, Design Systems (Contract Talent)

We are seeking a Lead Product Designer with deep experience in design systems to join our Experience Design team. You will be responsible for evolving our enterprise design system, creating scalable frameworks, reusable components, and patterns to ensure consistency and accessibility across platforms. This role involves close collaboration with engineering and cross-functional partners to champion design quality and drive adoption of the system.

• Evolve reusable components, patterns, and foundations for an enterprise design system
• Partner with engineering to ensure scalable, accessible, and inclusive design solutions
• Evaluate product designs for standardization opportunities
• Build strong partnerships with UX, Product, Engineering, and Marketing
• Champion design quality through accessibility reviews and implementation validation
• Expert proficiency in Figma, including component architecture and library management
