Senior Experience Designer (UI/UX)

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Experience Designer to create intuitive and high-quality user experiences for their AI CRM platform. You will focus on how people, products, and AI agents interact within the Solutions and Builder ecosystem, translating complex needs into scalable solutions. This role involves working across the full design process, from discovery to delivery, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and user adoption.

• Design intuitive experiences, tools, and workflows for Solution Engineers, Builders, and Leaders
• Translate complex user, business, and technical needs into clear user journeys and interfaces
• Own design problems from discovery through to delivery
• Utilize research, feedback, and experimentation to inform design decisions
• Prototype and test ideas rapidly, especially with emerging AI technologies
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders
