Senior Motion Designer

BJAK is seeking a Senior Motion Designer to lead the creation of engaging motion graphics for marketing, product explainers, and digital content. This role involves conceptualizing, animating, and ensuring visual consistency across all outputs, while also mentoring junior designers and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have expert proficiency in motion design tools and a strong portfolio showcasing advanced animation skills.

• Lead design and animation of motion graphics for various campaigns
• Conceptualize and develop storyboards and animation sequences
• Maintain visual consistency and elevate design quality
• Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and Product teams
• Mentor junior motion designers and guide creative execution
• Oversee motion production from concept to delivery
