Senior UX Designer – Unpublished R&D Product

Riot Games is seeking a Senior UX Designer to join their R&D product team in Sydney. You will own the design of player-facing features, working across complex problems to create intuitive and engaging experiences. This role involves discovery, strategy, interaction and interface design, prototyping, and implementation, reporting to a Senior Design Leader.

• Own UX design for significant player-facing features and systems
• Lead exploration and conceptualization of UX opportunities
• Define and communicate UX direction through design artifacts
• Translate complex ideas into intuitive interaction and interface designs
• Partner closely with engineering, UI, and technical teams during implementation
• Facilitate design reviews and communicate design decisions clearly
