What we are looking for

Directly manage a team of designers, focusing on team health and career development
Lead and improve Agile ceremonies for the design team, integrating seamlessly with Product and Engineering
Provide hands-on design leadership, reviewing and critiquing team output
Serve as the primary design liaison to Product Management, Engineering, and business stakeholders
Ensure synthesis of usability testing and behavioral analytics into design iterations
Champion AI-augmented design workflows and set adoption goals
