Senior Product Designer

Omada Health is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their new care programs and innovation team. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, prototype, and iterate on solutions that help users make lasting health changes. This role focuses on human-centered design, tackling ambiguous 0 to 1 problems, and delivering consumer-grade experiences across mobile platforms.

• Design human-centered experiences for health behavior change
• Solve ambiguous 0 to 1 problems from concept to shipped product
• Drive end-to-end design process in iterative cycles
• Deliver consumer-grade experiences for mobile (iOS and Android)
• Partner with product, engineering, clinical, and research teams
• Contribute to design systems and processes
