Staff Product Designer, Growth

Checkr is seeking a Staff Product Designer to join their Growth team. This role will focus on optimizing customer acquisition and conversion through a product-led, self-serve approach. You will own design for funnel optimization, new user experience, and personalization, leveraging AI to create engaging customer journeys.

• Lead design for funnel optimization, NUX, and personalization
• Leverage AI for personalized customer experiences
• Design growth systems and experiments
• Champion seamless and delightful user experiences for SMB users
• Conduct UX research and apply insights to designs
• 7+ years of professional design experience, with 4 years in Growth or e-commerce
