Senior Product Designer, Guardian

LaunchDarkly is seeking a Senior Product Designer for its Guardian team, which focuses on building the safety layer for software delivery. You will design for engineers and platform teams, working closely with product and engineering managers to ship high-quality user experiences for features like progressive rollouts, regression detection, and automated delivery pipelines. This role requires a designer with strong execution skills, a keen eye for UI craft, and the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.

• Design across Guardian Releases, Monitoring, and Software Factory product surfaces
• Collaborate closely with engineering on implementation and technical constraints
• Map complex workflows and identify UX debt and improvement opportunities
• Ship production-quality work and iterate based on user feedback
• Contribute to UX strategy and design system patterns
• Partner with PM and EM on scope, sequencing, and tradeoffs
