Senior Product Designer, Operations Tools

Alpaca is seeking a Senior Product Designer to create internal tools for complex financial operations. This role involves end-to-end design, from research and prototyping to contributing production code. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to build intuitive and reliable tools for financial operations.

• Own end-to-end design process from research to post-launch iteration
• Design complex operational workflows with multiple user roles and business rules
• Build and iterate on AI-powered prototypes
• Contribute code to production environments
• Champion operational users through research and analysis
• Apply systems-level thinking to data-rich interfaces
