About this role

As a Senior UX Designer on the Data Platforms team, you will be the primary UX partner for product managers, translating complex data and AI requirements into intuitive user experiences. You will collaborate closely with engineering and legal teams to ensure designs are feasible, compliant, and accessible, while also creating enablement assets to help users understand and adopt new features. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of enterprise data platforms and advance UX maturity in regulated environments.

Translate ambiguous data and AI requirements into structured user problems and interaction models
Partner with engineering, data governance, compliance, and legal stakeholders
Design and produce product-specific enablement assets, including in-product guidance and demo videos
Lead accessibility for data-heavy and AI-driven interfaces, ensuring WCAG compliance
Design experiences that support auditability and traceability in automated systems
Advance UX maturity by introducing patterns for explainability, transparency, and trust
