UX Researcher

We are looking for a UX Researcher to deeply understand our users and help create exceptional experiences for health insurance members and providers. You will plan and conduct research studies, analyze data to uncover actionable insights, and present findings to stakeholders to influence design and strategy. This role requires a self-directed individual who can manage multiple projects and advocate for inclusive design practices.

• Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research studies
• Analyze research data to provide actionable insights and identify trends
• Create UX artifacts such as personas and user journey maps
• Present research findings to senior leadership and cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and business teams
• Advocate for inclusive and accessible digital practices
