Brand Designer

Highbeam is seeking a Brand and Motion Designer to establish our visual identity from the ground up. You will define and execute our brand's look, feel, and motion across all marketing and product surfaces. This is a full-stack role where you'll own identity, campaigns, motion, and illustration, working closely with founders and product teams.

• Rebuild brand identity including type, color, logo, and illustration system
• Design marketing assets for web, campaigns, email, social, and sales collateral
• Develop motion graphics for product and marketing, delivering production-ready assets
• Create visual language for abstract financial and AI concepts through illustration and 3D
• 4+ years in brand design, graphic design, or art direction
• Strong portfolio showcasing visual execution across multiple surfaces
