Senior or Lead Product Designer

ShopMy is seeking a Senior or Lead Product Designer to own the end-to-end design process for our rapidly growing e-commerce platform. You will partner closely with Product and Engineering to shape product strategy, from discovery through polished execution, while maintaining a high bar for craft and user experience. This role offers the opportunity to influence what gets built and explore innovative AI-assisted workflows in a fast-paced, unicorn startup environment.

• Own end-to-end product design process from discovery to launch
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define problems and shape strategy
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve product quality and customer experience
• Prototype and experiment to validate ideas quickly
• Leverage AI tools and emerging workflows to accelerate design and execution
• Contribute to and evolve the design system, ensuring scalability and accessibility
