Staff Product Designer, Autonomous Recruiting

Handshake is seeking a Staff Product Designer to build a new AI-native product for recruiting and talent management. You will define the foundational experience, working closely with AI and automation tools to create a consumer-grade, craft-forward B2B workflow. This role requires comfort with ambiguity and a strong ability to simplify complex processes.

• Partner with product, engineering, and data teams to shape product strategy
• Own design end-to-end from concept to iteration
• Design core interaction patterns for AI and agent collaboration
• Rapidly iterate through wireframes and prototypes
• Obsess over craft and visual/interaction design
• Collaborate with designers on adjacent employer experience areas
