Brand Design Lead

Commure is seeking a Brand Design Lead to drive the company's brand expression and product creative across campaigns, launches, and in-product experiences. This hands-on leadership role requires exceptional taste, strategic thinking, and a systems mindset to elevate the quality of design work at scale. You will define visual identity, design systems, and translate complex healthcare concepts into compelling, human-centered communications.

• Define and lead creative vision for brand and product initiatives
• Establish visual identity, typography, color, and illustration systems
• Translate complex clinical and product information into simple, human-centered work
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Executive teams on brand decisions
• Set the quality bar for craft and design execution
• Utilize AI tools for concepting, prototyping, and production
