Design Research Lead - Manager Level

Lead user intelligence research for Capital One's Experience Design organization. You will drive learning velocity by building cumulative user intelligence through structured research, AI agents, and human access platforms. This role requires mastery of project leadership, technical fluency, and business acumen to produce actionable insights and ensure the development of useful and usable experiences.

• Build cumulative user intelligence through connected studies and data acquisition
• Provide rapid testing within the product development lifecycle using research agents and platforms
• Support continuous discovery by enabling product teams to access users
• Partner with data scientists and analysts to identify and measure UX metrics
• Conduct data triangulation and synthesis using behavioral analytics, quantitative data, and qualitative insights
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects or research programs
