Senior UX Strategist

Nus is seeking a Senior UX Strategist to optimize the prospective student experience through research, journey mapping, and service design. This remote role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate insights into actionable strategies and customer-centered digital solutions that improve engagement and enrollment outcomes.

• Lead end-to-end prospective student journey mapping and experience strategy
• Develop and own UX research strategy and roadmap
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including interviews and usability testing
• Synthesize customer insights into strategic recommendations
• Facilitate design thinking and ideation workshops
• Influence digital product and experience roadmaps
