Senior Manager Experience Design

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking an Experience Design Manager to lead the user experience for their mobile game portfolio. This hybrid role involves hands-on design work and team leadership, focusing on creating intuitive and engaging game experiences. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and art teams to shape the end-to-end player journey.

• Own UX vision and direction for mobile game titles
• Define and maintain UX standards and best practices
• Manage and mentor UI/UX designers
• Produce high-quality UX flows, wireframes, and prototypes
• Craft engaging player experiences through motion, sound, and visual design
• Drive player research and usability testing
