Brand Designer

Hadrian is seeking a first Brand Designer to define and execute our visual identity across all touchpoints. You will be responsible for creating compelling design assets for marketing, recruiting, and events while simultaneously building a scalable brand system. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the visual language of a company revolutionizing American manufacturing.

• Design across campaigns, out-of-home, digital, recruiting, and events
• Build and document a comprehensive brand system
• Develop visual language for manufacturing processes and products
• Art direct photography and video capture in factories
• Own creative standards and partner with marketing and communications
• 6+ years of experience in brand or visual design with a strong portfolio

• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
