Senior Motion Designer

Gradial is seeking a Senior Motion Designer to create compelling visual stories that bring their AI-native marketing operations platform to life. You will design and animate product-led content for demos, social media, and brand moments, owning the video production process from concept to delivery. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape customer experience at the intersection of product, marketing, and design.

• Design and animate product-led motion to showcase product value and UI interactions
• Create polished product demos, social videos, keynote content, and brand videos
• Own the video production process from edit to final delivery
• Partner with Product Marketing, Product Design, and Brand teams
• Maintain high creative quality and refine motion systems
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
