About this role
Appnovation is seeking a Senior Manager, AI-First Design to drive the design of AI-native platforms for a global leader in the healthcare industry. This individual contributor role involves hands-on design partnership within cross-functional teams, focusing on agentic and conversational AI experiences. You will own specific AI-first design system patterns, ship them as code, and mentor peers on AI tools and rapid prototyping.
What we are looking for
