Product Designer, Growth & Monetization

Figma is seeking experienced Product Designers to join their Growth & Monetization team. You will shape user experiences related to onboarding, account management, and billing, focusing on driving company growth and scaling user adoption. • Shape user experiences for growth and monetization features
• Partner with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, research)

• Simplify complex workflows and contribute to product strategy
• Create and iterate on flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
• 3+ years of UX/UI design experience for software products
