• Lead consumer experience design from concept to execution
• Utilize AI tools for insight generation, prototyping, and design-to-code
• Elevate craft standards with a focus on layout, motion, and micro-interactions
• Identify product opportunities through market and user analysis
• Collaborate with product leads and engineers to align design with business goals
• Minimum 6 years of product design experience
