Lead the creative strategy and execution for the Dutch Bros brand, overseeing an integrated studio team. You will be responsible for the design and implementation of all creative assets, from menus and packaging to digital content and brand guidelines, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand presence.

• Lead creative strategy and execution for brand marketing
• Manage integrated creative studio team (design, copy, video)
• Oversee design of print, visual, audio, and digital deliverables
• Develop creative for internal and external initiatives
• Manage third-party creative partners
