Lead and grow a team of product and conversation designers focused on Gusto's AI-native Unified Service Platform. This player-coach role involves setting design direction, driving strategy with cross-functional partners, and hands-on design work for customer support experiences.

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of three designers
• Own design direction and quality for the Unified Service Platform
• Act as a player-coach, contributing hands-on design and prototyping
• Represent design on the cross-functional quartet (PM, Engineering, Data)
• Set the standard for AI-native service design
• Champion AI-native design practices and tools
