About this role
MERGE is seeking an Associate Creative Director of Design to lead visual narratives for a major QSR retail account. You will be responsible for high-level creative vision, design systems, and hands-on execution across digital and physical touchpoints, ensuring a consistent and premium brand presence.
What we are looking for
6- Craft visually compelling designs across diverse channels
- Produce high-quality assets for digital, animated menu boards, packaging, and signage
- Apply design systems across digital and physical retail environments
- Collaborate with client-side teams to create best-in-class UX/UI experiences
- Guide and inspire other designers
- Manage holistic project lifecycles from concept to post-launch success
