Senior Designer

C.H. Robinson is looking for a Senior Designer to shape our global brand's visual identity across various campaigns and experiences. You will translate business objectives into compelling design solutions for digital, print, and video, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring creative concepts to life. This hands-on role requires a blend of strategic thinking and detailed execution, with a hybrid work model offering flexibility.

• Translate marketing strategies into innovative visual concepts and creative assets
• Develop and evolve campaign design systems and apply brand guidelines
• Serve as a subject matter expert on design best practices and trends
• Partner with Marketing and stakeholders to achieve campaign goals
• Provide design feedback and guidance to junior team members
