Senior Director, Product Design & User Experience

T-Mobile is seeking a Senior Director of Product Design & User Experience to lead the enterprise design vision across all digital channels. This executive role will own the end-to-end user experience strategy, focusing on driving customer engagement, conversion, and brand differentiation through best-in-class digital products. You will build and mentor a high-performing team, partner cross-functionally, and establish key performance metrics to link design outcomes to business results.

• Define and execute enterprise experience strategy across digital channels
• Own enterprise design systems and accessibility governance
• Lead and scale the Product Experience organization
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other leaders
• Establish and track experience performance metrics and KPIs
• Drive measurable business outcomes through consumer-facing digital product experience
