Director, Experience Design

Lead the design strategy for PayPal's unified payments and checkout experience, connecting all aspects of the commerce lifecycle. You will define shared patterns, simplify complex payment and regulatory requirements, and drive innovation to create trusted customer experiences. This role involves leading a team of designers and collaborating across product, engineering, and risk teams to evolve our platform and improve customer outcomes.
