Product Designer II, Expansion Growth

BambooHR is seeking a Product Designer II to create user-centered designs for new and existing product features, focusing on interaction design and visual UI. You will conduct user research, identify innovation opportunities, and collaborate with product and data teams to enhance user engagement and drive product-led growth. This role involves defining, testing, and iterating on designs, ensuring usability and visual appeal, and experimenting with AI tools to improve the design process.
