Product Design Leader, Banking

Lead a team of product designers for Gusto's Banking products, including an established consumer product and a new business banking offering. This player-coach role involves managing designers, defining rituals and practices, and ensuring cohesive customer experiences across financial products.

• Manage and grow a team of 3+ product designers
• Lead design for Wallet and SMB Banking products
• Define shared rituals and practices for consumer and business banking design
• Act as a player-coach, balancing management with hands-on design work
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and Legal
• Ensure cohesive customer experience across Gusto's financial ecosystem
