You will drive innovation by conducting strategic research, influencing product vision, and shaping AI-led experiences. • Deliver strategic research and recommendations to influence Figma Design's vision and strategy
• Partner with product leaders to identify opportunities and define success
• Own end-to-end research processes, from planning to impactful storytelling
• Translate research insights into compelling narratives for product roadmap prioritization
• 7+ years of UX research experience in B2B SaaS, including qualitative and quantitative methods
• Experience researching AI-powered features and products
