Senior Product Designer, UI - Virtual

Alight is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their Product Design team and shape the future of AI-enabled product development. You will partner with Product and Engineering teams to create intuitive, scalable, and intelligent experiences, while also helping to shape their AI-powered design practice by creating and supporting design standards and experience frameworks. This role requires leveraging modern AI tools to accelerate the design process while maintaining design oversight and ensuring thoughtful design judgment.

• Lead end-to-end design process for strategic product initiatives within an AI-enabled Product Development Life Cycle
• Translate user needs, business goals, and product requirements into scalable experience frameworks, wireframes, prototypes, and designs
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Delivery, and Enablement teams to guide AI-assisted product design workflows
• Own and evolve the design system, ensuring it serves as the foundation for both human and AI-generated experiences
• Leverage AI to accelerate ideation, exploration, and delivery while providing human oversight
• Coach team members on human and AI-assisted design methodologies
