Designer

Crate & Barrel is seeking a Designer to help customers envision possibilities with home design trends. You will build relationships by guiding customers in furnishing their homes, utilizing digital tools for in-store and in-home consultations. This role drives sales and customer engagement through outreach, design package development, and maintaining an active salesfloor presence.

• Drive sales and customer engagement through design offerings
• Create elevated designs using 2D & 3D floor plans and moodboards
• Lead design consultations in-person, virtually, or via email/phone
• Develop new customer relationships through networking and clienteling
• 1+ years of experience in furniture sales, home decor design, or retail/customer service
• Proficient in design tools, Google platforms, and virtual communication
