Art Director, Creative Development

We are looking for an Art Director, Creative Development to join our team and work on a major healthcare client. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing a wide range of creative deliverables, from integrated brand campaigns to digital assets and in-store experiences. This role requires a blend of conceptual thinking and performance-driven execution, collaborating closely with copywriters and other team members.

• Concept and execute integrated brand campaigns, retail marketing, CRM, and patient education materials
• Develop AI-generated imagery, animations, and video concepts
• Create conceptual yet performance-driven work across paid and organic social, digital ads, email, and more
• Collaborate with copywriters, producers, and client leadership on multiple projects simultaneously
• Minimum 2 years of experience in creative advertising with a strong portfolio
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma
