Lead UX Designer - Inspire & Motivate

As a Lead Product Designer on the Inspire & Motivate team, you will define the future of how guests discover and engage with Target across our digital platforms. You will lead the evolution of our discovery experiences, integrating AI to create dynamic, personalized content journeys and setting the vision for how design and technology intersect.
