Senior User Experience (UX) Professional

Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a Senior UX Professional to lead end-to-end UX activities for complex digital products. This role focuses on shaping user-centered digital solutions that improve usability, adoption, and business outcomes, with responsibilities spanning UX strategy, research, interaction design, and usability testing.

• Lead end-to-end UX activities from discovery to post-launch improvement
• Apply human factors and user-centered design methods
• Translate research insights into user journeys, information architecture, and prototypes
• Plan and facilitate user research and usability studies
• Establish and govern consistent UX standards and design frameworks
• Partner with cross-functional teams to embed UX throughout the product lifecycle
