Head of Product Design

Lead the product design team at n8n, an open workflow orchestration platform for AI. You will own the quality bar, drive design's strategic influence, build and grow the team, and integrate research into decision-making processes. This role is crucial for expanding the platform's reach to a broader audience while maintaining power for technical users.

• Lead and grow a team of ~14 designers, including Design Leads, Design Engineering, and UX Research
• Set and maintain a high quality bar for product design through review processes and critique rituals
• Shape product strategy and bring design thinking into roadmap conversations
• Lower the learning curve for new users while retaining power for experienced builders
• Establish a pragmatic, continuous research practice from the ground up
• Champion practical AI adoption within the design organization
