Manager, Product Experience Design

Mastercard is seeking an experienced CX Designer to join their data and services Product Development team in Gurgaon, India. You will focus on data-driven experience design and UI design, working within a cross-functional team to rapidly iterate on prototypes and MVPs for B2B and B2B2C applications. This role involves human-centric design, rapid prototyping, and contributing to the next generation of data products.

• Design Proof-of-Concepts and MVPs using human-centric design principles
• Participate in "Design Thinking" workshops and collaborate cross-functionally
• Explore "art-of-the-possible" and contribute to design pattern library
• Shape the future of data and data-driven products at Mastercard
• Work closely with brand, marketing, and technology teams
• Ensure designs balance business objectives and user engagement
