Senior Technical UI Designer

Epic Games is seeking a Senior Technical UI Designer to collaborate with UX Designers, UI Artists, and UI Engineers to implement UI systems and features. This role involves shaping project direction, mentoring team members, and advocating for the player experience. You will prototype new UI techniques, architect reusable component systems, and ensure designs are performant and accessible across various platforms.

• Implement UI systems and features in collaboration with UX, UI Art, and Engineering
• Prototype and prove new UI techniques using UMG and other game engine tools
• Architect robust and reusable component systems for flexible designs
• Implement data-driven UI through ViewModels and view bindings
• Design for accessibility, localization, and performance within budget constraints
• Mentor team members and improve workflows and pipelines
