Visual Designer

Toss is integrating its design roles into a unified Visual Designer position, focusing on aesthetic judgment and quality enhancement. This role offers the flexibility to work across branding, product design, and system design, solving usability issues through interaction and improving visual quality. The ideal candidate will excel in creating outstanding visuals within constraints, producing high-fidelity prototypes, and effectively persuading stakeholders.

• Create outstanding visuals within project constraints
• Produce high-quality Hi-Fi prototypes using prototyping tools
• Persuade diverse stakeholders to achieve good results
• Work across branding, product design, and system design
• Improve visual quality of existing UI and propose new concepts
• Solve usability issues through interaction design
