Junior Designer

Thedotcollective is seeking a Junior Designer to support their marketing team with a variety of design tasks. This role involves handling ad hoc design requests, assisting with brand rollout, creating marketing collateral, and designing social media graphics. It's a hands-on generalist position where you'll be the go-to for design needs across the business.

• Own ad hoc design requests including presentations and sales collateral
• Implement updated brand identity across marketing materials
• Design white papers, one-pagers, and other marketing collateral
• Create graphics and templates for social media
• Build reusable design templates for decks and recurring materials
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva and PowerPoint
