This role requires a builder-first mindset and the ability to own the full design arc from concept to implementation, leveraging AI tools to enhance workflows. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing built-from-scratch design systems and a deep understanding of both brand and product design.

• Lead brand identity and visual direction from concept to delivery
• Build design systems from the ground up with robust documentation and governance
• Own end-to-end web and product design, ensuring high craft and usability
• Actively use AI tools to accelerate and refine design processes
• Collaborate with clients and present design decisions effectively
