UX / Product Research & Strategy Lead (VP)

Lead the strategic direction and research program for transforming HR apps and systems at Citi. You will define the experience north star, translate insights into strategy, and drive stakeholder alignment to create intuitive and seamless employee experiences.

• Define and evolve the experience north star with product, design, and business leadership
• Develop experience strategy translating research, market intelligence, and business goals
• Drive senior stakeholder alignment through workshops and strategy sessions
• Lead research programs to inform and challenge the north star
• Mentor user researchers and designers
• Integrate research insights with quantitative data
