About this role
Join Bank Mendes Gans (BMG) as a UX Designer to enhance digital services for clients in Netting and Cash Pool. You will collaborate with Product Owners, Customer Journey Experts, and Tech teams to create seamless and valuable customer experiences across digital channels. This role is key to advancing BMG's UX maturity and ensuring consistency in design.
What we are looking for
6- Design digital services for Netting and Cash Pool
- Improve customer journeys and interaction designs
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Customer Journey Experts
- Contribute to the design library and create usable solutions
- Lead BMG to the next UX maturity level
- Minimum 5 years of UX experience with a Bachelor/Master degree
