Experience Designer (Human Centric Design- US)

As an Experience Designer, you will craft user-centered strategies and frameworks, collaborating across teams to ensure digital products meet both user and business needs. You will conduct user research, design and test prototypes, and stitch together end-to-end user journeys to create seamless experiences. This role is ideal for someone with a strong conceptual and practical understanding of experience design and a passion for creating intuitive digital solutions.

• Design and test user-centered prototypes and digital products
• Conduct user research and provide actionable insights
• Map, design, and refine end-to-end user journeys
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product strategy
• Utilize Figma and other design tools for execution
• Experience in banking or legacy application environments is a plus
